This course allows you to enjoy a platter of large cuts of meat, such as ichibo and rump steak, and the famous Shinshu Miyuki pork skewers, all paired with Shinshu wine!!
The main course is a meat tasting of premium sirloin and rump steak! (Please make your reservation at least 3 days in advance.)).
